Chirp now uses AI to help at every stage of an incident. When a monitor goes down, AI drafts the initial incident with a clear title and description. During the incident, it suggests status updates based on what's happening. After resolution, it generates a post-incident summary.
AI also sets smart component status descriptions when you change a component's state. Instead of a blank description field, you get a contextual suggestion you can use as-is or edit.
All AI features work on the Free tier. You stay in control and can edit or override every suggestion.
