Slack & Discord Notifications

Chirp now sends notifications to Slack and Discord. Page owners can add webhook integrations from the settings page, and public subscribers can sign up with a webhook URL instead of email.

What gets notified: incident created, updated, and resolved. Monitor down and recovered. You pick which events each integration fires on.

Rich formatting included. Slack messages use Block Kit with color-coded headers. Discord messages use embeds with matching colors. Red for incidents, green for resolved, yellow for updates.

Security built in. Webhook URLs are validated against official Slack and Discord URL patterns only. No arbitrary URLs accepted. Integrations auto-disable after 5 consecutive delivery failures.
